I loved working in My Coding Coach. It gave you a sense of how a hospital environment would be if I were to obtain a coding job there. I like the concept of the program. I feel that if the timer could be added to My Coding Coach site it would help with streamline. There were times that I was reading materials and watching the videos before I realized I was not on the clock. I enjoyed the through explanations of missed questions. I am a hands-on learner so the interactive part was great for me. I wish I could have done more time in the MCC however, I had time constraints.

There was a ton of information and I feel like I have learned A LOT today. Some of the questions I got incorrect made me smack myself in the forehead thinking, “I knew that!!” LOL, but for others that wasn’t the case, and I took in great information. Completing the General Surgery module in My Coding Coach prepared me not only for a better understanding of general surgery requirements but also prepared me for my CPC exam. I currently have an RHIT and wanted to get a coding specific credential to make myself more marketable in the industry. I found the coding scenarios challenging but the information and training provided sets you up to succeed, something that other training programs don't offer. My Coading Coach gave me the insight and tools to succeed.
